Book Fair – November 18 and 20 and March 10 and 12 3:15-7:30
Santa Shop – December 5 (4-7) and 6 (9-12) Discussion was held on Women’s Auxiliary having the bake sale here.
Bingo – January 17, February 21, and March 21 2:00-4:00
Carnival – Friday, March 20th 6:30-8:30 (Less supper available)
8th Grade Plays – TBD
Garage Sale – June 5 and 6
Fall Book Fair – multi and stage to share with basketball, but to allow for extra space
Thrivent – Shary has money to use from Thrivent and wondered about using $250 at the book fair for giving some free books. Split the money between the 2 nights, one free book per family with purchase of a more expensive one.
Volunteers needed.
Santa Shop – Julie and Jen will run it this year
Field Trip requests – Carol for 26 TAG students for gas and driver. Major discussion was held on the Foundation’s role in funding field trips. We will be looking into how to better deal with the field trip funding. Target and Milk Moola will be earmarked for field trips. ****We will be getting more strict on filing out a sheet for funding requests for field trips from ALL teachers.
New teacher gifts – Brittany, Kelly, Wade, Robert, Emily, Morgan - $10 from Casey’s and Andy’s and Rhonda and Abby – mug
Teacher reimbursement - $100 per teacher – bring receipts to Jen
Volunteer forms – one per family, return ASAP
